A patent from Hellas-Thessaloniki, named automatic sugar dosing machine for coffee, is already working since 2016 in the Coffee Industry of Hellas.
It started when our team realized that is not possible to gain steady sugar doses to coffees by hand, it is catchable only automatically with a machine.
So we tried to construct a machine that automatically gives the amount of sugar needed for the coffee. After a lot of tests and many changes, in 2015 we had our first sugar dosing machine for coffee and we we checked it in some coffee-shops. The feedback we took surprised our team.
